Here is the second of Anne's Jackets
Anne says of this Jacket "This is a sample of some
sweatshirt-conversion jackets I'm making as a fund-raiser for my year as president of the
WSAEC (Washington State Association of Emblem Clubs). I have used Robin Saindon's Stained
Glass technique, which I find to be loads of fun to do, and a quick and easy project. I'm
planning to add knit collars to the jackets to give them a little more finished look.
